Intervention Support Worker

37 hours per week, term-time only, Grade C1 (Actual Salary £17,142 to £18,799)

The governors of Corpus Christi Catholic College are looking to appoint an Intervention Support Worker to support the intervention team in all aspects of intervention and booster work and to promote the inclusion of all pupils.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team who are committed to improving the life chances of all our students. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a child-centred approach and is excited by the many opportunities created by working with young people. A flexible approach to work and an inclusive attitude towards children with varying support needs are essential, as are good oral and written communication skills.

The primary focus of the role is to maximise pupil achievement in all areas, with specific responsibility for maths and having the ability to lead, use initiative, be an active part of a close working collaborative team and an awareness of the need for confidentiality is essential.
