Our Year 8 students were recently involved in a Positive Choices full day event held at the college. Focusing on the consequences of crime, students met and listened to guest speakers who had rehabilitated following a criminal past. Further input was on hand from Street Doctors and West Yorkshire Police on how students can make positive life choices in a wide range of life scenarios. The event was supported by the Leeds United Foundation and West Yorkshire Police to whom we are very grateful for their support. The day was hugely successful and provided plenty of food for thought whilst being very enjoyable. The surprise appearance of the Leeds United #4 Adam Forshaw rounded off a superb day. The event will also be featured on LUTV in the coming days.
