‘Personal, Social, Health and Economic education helps children and young people develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need in order to be make safe and healthy decisions about their lives. Developing resilience, empathy, self-esteem and confidence are vital in order to face challenges and responsibilities now and in the future.’  School Wellbeing service

Help & Support

Kooth offers children and young people timely and easy access to online mental health and wellbeing support, giving them access to articles, moderated forums and self-help resources 24 hours per day

Night OWLS is a confidential support line for all children, young people and parents/carers in West Yorkshire

MindMate is here to help young people in Leeds find help with their mental health and wellbeing.

ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing (school nursing) team for confidential advice and support. You can get in touch for advice about any aspect of your physical or emotional health.

0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service We are here to offer you support and information to help you and your family stay as healthy as possible.
